Consultant - Growth & Innovation

Location: Nation Towers Mall, Office 100-NTM, Corniche Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Physical residence in Abu Dhabi is required.

What you will do

• Support and manage the delivery of assigned innovation projects.
• Document business needs and solution requirements.
• Conduct technology scouting and identify and validate solutions.
• Perform project due diligence research and documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders, internal teams, and third parties.
• Contribute to innovation strategy, capability-building, and business project management engagements.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in engineering, business, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology, research, or innovation environments.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical projects.
• Experience leading complex technical innovation projects and understanding technical discussions and documentation.
• Knowledge of open innovation methodology, intellectual property, and technology scouting.
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is required, and physical residence in Abu Dhabi is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Certification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI.
