Director - Business Programs

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Base salary: $131,000–$180,100 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead program execution against quality, schedule, milestone, budget, scope, and risk commitments.
• Develop work plans covering dependencies, resources, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing program maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans and facilitate program planning and scheduling sessions.
• Communicate program status, decisions, risks, and recommendations to executive sponsors and steering committees.
• Prepare executive presentations, communications, talking points, and speeches.
• Coach team members, set performance goals, and partner with HR on people and recognition strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 7+ years of relevant program and project management experience.
• Proven strategic leadership, negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Proficiency with Co-Pilot, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Knowledge of the supported line of business or field organization.

• FINRA licensure.
