Location: Hybrid in Brookline, Massachusetts, with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $45,500–$54,400 per year

What you will do

  • Coordinate scheduling and rescheduling for new patients, from single physician visits to complex multi-provider appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, referrals, patient intake, and detailed clinical information collection.
  • Triage questions and issues, resolve requests in real time when possible, and escalate matters appropriately.
  • Route calls and coordinate with physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other care providers.
  • Organize medical records, tissue receipt, appointment packets, clinical paperwork, and EMR portal enrollment.
  • Support service-level targets, quality clinical care, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in healthcare and/or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, customer service, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and on-the-spot problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn and implement new concepts and process changes quickly.
  • PC proficiency and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
