Manufacturing Process Engineer (Automation)

Location: Senatobia, Mississippi, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Candidates must have US work authorization.

Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually.

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment, cycle times, and materials to support production targets.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement projects within defined time, quality, and cost requirements.
• Approve internally and externally developed process designs and perform final project testing.
• Support production during process and equipment start-up, including action planning and training for maintenance and production resources.
• Evaluate new process technologies and lead testing, approval criteria, and external provider selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Production Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering methodologies, the manufacturing market, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
