What you will do

• Complete a structured apprenticeship focused on creative and technical perfumery expertise.
• Gain hands-on experience in fragrance creation, evaluation, ingredients, and consumer understanding through rotational assignments.
• Support fragrance development through practical learning and project assignments.
• Collaborate with perfumers, evaluators, scientists, mentors, and commercial teams.
• Build knowledge of fragrance ingredients, formulation techniques, industry trends, and global markets.
• Develop the foundational capabilities required for a long-term career as a professional perfumer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, fragrance science, chemical engineering, food science, biology, business, humanities, arts, or a related creative discipline.
• Strong interest in fragrance creation, sensory evaluation, and olfactive learning.
• Excellent observation skills and the ability to accurately describe sensory experiences.
• Creative mindset combined with scientific curiosity and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to participate in rotational and international learning opportunities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools is also required.

• Laboratory experience from academic, internship, or professional settings.
• Exposure to fragrance, consumer products, sensory science, chemistry, or product development.
