AI Scrum Master with Python skills (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as a SAFe Agile Scrum Master for one or more teams delivering AI-enabled information systems.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, PI Planning, and team synchronization.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, integration points, impediments, and release readiness across business, engineering, data science, testing, security, and operations.
• Partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, technical leads, and stakeholders to improve transparency and delivery predictability.
• Coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, self-organization, estimation, work management, continuous improvement, and Agile metrics.
• Support responsible delivery of AI capabilities including document understanding, semantic search, summarization, recommendations, intelligent automation, conversational experiences, and decision-support tools.

Requirements

• Must have Python programming skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, data science, or a related field, or four additional years of experience.
• At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting enterprise software delivery teams.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled information systems or similar data-driven applications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, software delivery lifecycles, governance, compliance, security, and quality practices.

Nice to have

• SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
• Experience with Generative AI, large language models, AI/ML delivery, model evaluation, prompt iteration, or governance controls.
• Experience with sensitive or regulated data such as PII, PHI, or CUI.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience in government, healthcare, or mission-oriented environments.
