Test & Evaluation Support Management, Senior

Location: Gunter Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, Alabama, United States; onsite role with 5% travel.

What you will do

• Prepare, coordinate, approve, and manage test strategies, concepts, methodologies, plans, processes, and procedures.
• Provide test and evaluation expertise across the DoW Adaptive Acquisition Framework and system and software development lifecycles.
• Plan, implement, and execute test automation using DevSecOps, including data collection, reduction, analysis, and reporting.
• Evaluate key performance indicators, technical parameters, effectiveness, suitability, performance, survivability, and software quality results.
• Support integrated test teams, certification testing, cybersecurity test and evaluation, configuration audits, inspections, and test-related training.
• Create and review acquisition documentation, specifications, technical reports, diagrams, engineering documentation, and test reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the Department of War; or a bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience, including 5 years in the Department of War; or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, including 8 years in the Department of War.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience applying Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques and Design of Experiments methods.
• Experience analyzing complex technical problems, test data, configurations, and test results.
• Ability to support documentation, reporting, policy reviews, technical meetings, and presentations.
