Sr. Manager, Enterprise Communications

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment, with occasional travel to company locations and possible work outside normal business hours for significant announcements, events, or time-sensitive communications.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the enterprise communications strategy, including audiences, messaging frameworks, channels, governance, and measurement.
• Advise executive and senior leaders by preparing messaging, presentations, speeches, talking points, briefing materials, and organizational updates.
• Lead employee communications and integrated campaigns that improve awareness, alignment, engagement, and connection across the organization.
• Develop communications for organizational changes, leadership transitions, technology implementations, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Establish editorial standards, communication roadmaps, calendars, performance measures, and reporting practices.
• Hire, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop direct reports while building communications team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate, enterprise, internal, executive, employee, or integrated communications.
• Experience developing communication strategies, leading enterprise-wide programs, partnering with senior or executive leadership, supporting organizational change, and developing communications talent.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise, executive, employee, and change communication strategies and practices.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to advise senior leaders, handle sensitive issues, translate complex information, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across organizational levels.
