Multinational Zonal Lead - Northeast (Insurance)

Location: NY-New York, United States; primarily in the office

Base salary: $157,000–$197,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the U.S. Northeast Zone multinational portfolio and lead Multinational Client Executives and Client Coordinators.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of multinational programs, including captive fronting arrangements.
• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 multinational client portfolios and lead pre- and post-bind activities.
• Partner with product, distribution, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders to support profitable growth and service excellence.
• Monitor service standards, performance metrics, fee discipline, rate adequacy, audit controls, and fronting underwriting guidelines.
• Develop zonal business plans, provide subject matter expertise and training, and represent Multinational at industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of insurance experience in a client- and broker-facing role.
• Strong technical knowledge of multinational programs, territorial issues, and supporting systems and processes.
• Experience across multiple lines of business, including commercial and consumer insurance.
• Experience working with senior client personnel, risk managers, client boards, executives, and multinational corporations.
• Demonstrated team and people management, communication, negotiation, analytical, customer service, and broker relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Captive reinsurance or global fronting experience, with potential to secure global fronting underwriting authority.
• Knowledge of non-conventional insurance programs.
• Professional insurance qualifications such as ACII, ARe, CPCU, ARM, or equivalent.
