Live Experience Manager (Events)

Location: UK & Ireland, United Kingdom, London; regular venue visits are required where applicable.

What you will do

• Own and manage commercial projects across the live experiences portfolio.
• Coordinate venues, operational partners, ticketing teams, marketing, finance, and external partners to deliver events successfully.
• Monitor sales and profit opportunities throughout the annual event cycle and support site re-contracting.
• Manage ticketing relationships, event builds, sales reporting, and customer service support.
• Monitor financial performance, maintain accurate P&L models, support re-forecasting, and reconcile projects with venues and internal and external teams.
• Support food and beverage, secondary income, sponsorship, research, and new project development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event promotion and a strong commercial understanding.
• Excellent organisation, multitasking, prioritisation, and deadline management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal and external business functions.
• Excellent numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, motivated approach with initiative, drive, and commitment to business growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships.
