Senior Event Manager

Location: West London, United Kingdom; office-based four days per week with one remote day of choice. Flexible start and finish times, with occasional evening and weekend work required.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of hirify.global’s London events programme, from briefing through post-event evaluation.
• Translate partnership and creative briefs into detailed event plans and high-quality execution.
• Manage agencies, production companies, venues, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Own event budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead event logistics, production, guest experience, staffing, and on-site operations.
• Create customer acquisition and relationship-building opportunities throughout the event journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, luxury hospitality, brand activations, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience independently delivering premium events from brief through execution.
• Strong experience managing agencies, suppliers, venues, event budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional project management, organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial judgement.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
