Salary: $89,174.00–$142,679.00 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Clinical Operations, FEP Business Operations, and Quality stakeholders to define business needs and deliver analytical solutions.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and self-service analytics for clinical programs, member engagement, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Analyze healthcare claims, member, provider, care management, utilization, quality, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc operational and financial reporting for leadership and executive decision-making.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, intervention outcomes, performance improvement opportunities, and measurable business results.
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile metrics across systems, document reporting standards, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with business intelligence, business data analytics, data warehousing, SQL, statistical models, and reporting solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Durham, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Care Management, Utilization Management, Quality Improvement, Population Health, or Federal Employee Program initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, DRG, Medical Cost Groupers, and HEDIS.
• Experience measuring clinical outcomes, quality performance, member engagement, utilization, cost of care, and operational metrics.
• Experience with Snowflake and building AI agents.
