Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (AI)

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year

What you will do

• Lead product analytics for the Cat AI Assistant, measuring product value, user behavior, adoption, retention, experience quality, and business impact.
• Analyze telemetry, digital analytics, surveys, interviews, support data, and dealer feedback to identify adoption drivers and friction.
• Design product, adoption, and executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Partner with data, engineering, and product teams to model reliable datasets in Snowflake or comparable platforms.
• Establish metric definitions, data quality checks, refresh standards, documentation, and governance for trusted reporting.
• Support A/B testing, pilot measurement, product learning, roadmap decisions, and executive communication.

Requirements

• Extensive experience analyzing product usage, engagement, retention, digital adoption, or customer experience data.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with large, complex, or imperfect datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or comparable tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, segmentation, cohort analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and anomaly detection.
• Ability to define KPIs, document analytical methodologies, and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, AI-enabled products, digital products, software engineering teams, or technology platforms.
• Experience with product discovery, customer research, or pilot measurement.
• PhD in a related field.
