Offshore Installation Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; initially based at the client’s or contractor’s office, with work later moving to an offshore site if required.

What you will do

• Lead daily offshore installation, construction, and marine activities.
• Direct offshore construction teams, subcontractors, vessel personnel, and platform personnel.
• Coordinate platforms, structures, pipelines, subsea facilities, hook-up, commissioning, marine operations, and SIMOPS interfaces.
• Review installation methodologies, procedures, work packs, lifting plans, and execution schedules.
• Monitor progress, manage permits and isolations, and report risks, constraints, and progress to project management.
• Lead emergency response, safety engagements, corrective actions, and offshore operational control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine engineering, naval architecture, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in offshore oil and gas construction and installation projects.
• Senior offshore leadership experience as an Offshore Installation Manager, Offshore Construction Manager, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of offshore construction, installation, hook-up, commissioning, marine operations, and SIMOPS.
• Familiarity with offshore HSE management, emergency response, and maritime or offshore requirements.
• Valid offshore survival, medical, HSE, and competency certifications applicable to the assignment.

Nice to have

• Experience on large offshore EPC/EPCI projects.
• ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore project experience.
