Quantity Surveyor (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Prepare complete bills of quantities for oil and gas EPC projects.
• Compile supporting documents and records for executed works and quantity measurements, including signed NRI documents, quantity surveyor sheets, and progress records.
• Coordinate with the Engineer’s and Employer’s quantity surveyors to verify quantities and process payments.
• Prepare final contract measures and payment applications at completion in line with contract provisions.
• Verify subcontractor measurements and payment applications.
• Coordinate quantity measurement, recording, and reporting across project sections.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience at the stated middle job level; the requirements also specify a minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Oil and gas experience, including ADNOC experience, is required.
• Pipeline project experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
