Manager, Technology Operations (eCommerce Fulfillment)

What you will do

• Own complex initiatives that improve customer experience, fulfillment performance, or financial outcomes.
• Analyze customer, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities, quantify impact, isolate root causes, and define success measures.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, options, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead solution design and execution with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Store Operations, Fulfillment Centers, Last Mile, and Transportation partners.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, pilots, launch readiness, and impact measurement.
• Drive alignment, resolve trade-offs without direct authority, and improve planning through processes, tools, automation, and operating routines.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, supply chain, operations, product, strategy, analytics, or a similar data-rich environment.
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, communication, influencing, and program-management skills.
• Ability to balance customer, operational, and financial priorities and drive commitments to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area; alternatively, 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams on technology-enabled business outcomes.
• Experience in omnichannel retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, supply chain, marketplaces, or a similar operating environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL, BI and visualization tools, Jira, Airtable, or process-automation tools.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
