SBA Business Development Officer Sr.

Location: Remote, Pennsylvania

What you will do

• Source and originate SBA loans through direct client contact.
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Structure SBA loan proposals and complete initial credit analysis.
• Prepare credit packages for typical loan amounts of $350K–$5MM.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of SBA, business, or commercial lending experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• PC and internet proficiency.

Nice to have

• Business or Finance degree.
• SBA loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.
