Senior Para-Broker (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; Australian business hours required.

Salary: PHP 95,000–106,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry and discovery through formal approval and settlement support.
• Review borrower circumstances and documentation, structure applications, and maintain accurate, compliant files.
• Analyse complex lending scenarios, research lender policy, and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Communicate directly with Australian clients, lenders, BDMs, and credit assessors.
• Follow up documentation and lender requirements while proactively resolving application issues.
• Improve workflows, templates, and scalable systems while supporting the offshore operations function.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Australian mortgage broking experience, ideally as a Senior Para-Broker, Senior Credit Analyst, or highly experienced Loan Processor.
• Strong knowledge of the complete Australian mortgage process, from client discovery through settlement.
• Experience with complex residential lending, construction lending, self-employed borrowers, and investment lending.
• Strong credit analysis, lender policy knowledge, attention to detail, and compliance awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple active applications independently and communicate confidently with Australian clients and lenders.
• Excellent written and verbal English; experience with Broker Engine, Mercury, or FLEX is highly regarded.
