Manager, End-to-End Planning (Shoulders)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning for the Shoulders portfolio and align constrained production, inventory, and demand plans.
• Define inventory decoupling points and replenishment strategies, including safety stocks, batch sizes, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
• Drive monthly integrated business planning, supply plan validation, exception management, and trade-off decisions with business partners.
• Identify and execute inventory optimization opportunities while managing excess and obsolete inventory targets and projections.
• Plan new product introductions, phase-ins, phase-outs, lifecycle changes, commercial scenarios, tenders, and business events.
• Coordinate Value Stream Teams and planning teams to implement supply-chain improvements and achieve service and inventory targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or logistics, including plant supply planning; multi-echelon experience is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, supply planning or master production scheduling, scenario analysis, IBP, and process excellence.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and change-management skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries, manage multiple initiatives, and operate effectively in a changing matrix environment.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with flexibility to work with different time zones when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with demand forecasting, demand planning, DRP, inventory entitlement, S&OP, and strategic supply-chain management.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
• Healthcare or related-industry manufacturing, supply-chain, or logistics experience.
• Business knowledge spanning supply chain, commercial, and financial functions.
