Fabrication Mechanic - Mold Prep & Trim - 1st & 2nd Shifts Available (Aerospace)

Aerospace manufacturing operations supporting the preparation and molding of aircraft assemblies and components.

What you will do

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of materials, assemblies, tube details, components, and finished products.
• Set up and operate abrasive, squaring, deburring, and sizing equipment.
• Grind, cut, and sand parts with hand tools to meet specified limits.
• Use chemicals including Chemlock, acetone, and alcohol to prepare parts for subsequent processes.
• Prepare parts for oven curing before molding operations.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, related experience and training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to inspect work against blueprints, customer instructions, and operating procedures.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Must work onsite in Laconia, New Hampshire, United States.
• Ability to work either the 1st or 2nd shift.
