Interface Manager (Offshore Oil & Gas)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; based at the Client's Office or Contractor's Office.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
• Identify, coordinate, monitor, and close internal and external interfaces across the project lifecycle.
• Act as the focal point between the Client, PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, licensors, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces across process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, civil, and structural disciplines.
• Facilitate interface meetings and workshops, manage actions and escalations, and report critical issues, risks, delays, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up, including brownfield/offshore tie-ins and SIMOPS where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Significant experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects, preferably involving offshore facilities.
• Strong experience in interface management and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
• Good understanding of the EPC lifecycle, including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating multiple EPC contractors, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore projects.
• Experience with offshore brownfield modifications, tie-ins, and SIMOPS.
• Familiarity with interface management systems, registers, and project controls.
