Transfer Fee Reconciliation Analyst - UK

What you will do

• Reconcile and process a high volume of transfer fee transactions for Global Capital Markets clients.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, unmatched items, fee returns, adjustments, and corrections.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple internal systems and preserve supporting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on unpaid amounts, and escalate risks affecting revenue collection.
• Produce monthly reporting on transfer fee activity and profitability.
• Support process and control improvements while meeting service levels and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• At least three years of combined higher education and/or work experience.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational, time management, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Experience with relevant spreadsheet software.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and work accurately across multiple systems.
• Ability to work in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in reconciliation, nostro, cash management, settlements, operations, or financial control.
• Understanding of fee processing, cash reconciliations, or revenue reconciliation.
• Experience producing operational and financial reports.
