What you will do

• Use workforce data and system insights to simplify HR processes, strengthen controls, and improve employee and manager experiences.
• Support the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environment through data-refresh monitoring, reporting security, dashboard governance, release-impact assessment, issue investigation, and controlled change deployment.
• Design and govern workforce dashboards, reports, and analytical products across Oracle FDI, Oracle HCM, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Analyse workforce trends and drivers, translating findings into recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Investigate data anomalies and root causes across source systems, reporting layers, and business processes, coordinating corrective actions and validating resolutions.
• Handle sensitive workforce data in line with privacy, security, access-control, and retention requirements.

Requirements

• Significant experience in workforce analytics, HR systems, business intelligence, data analysis, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and governing workforce reporting through Oracle HCM and Oracle FDI, or a comparable enterprise HR analytics platform.
• Experience owning dashboards or analytical products across requirements, design, validation, release, adoption, maintenance, and retirement.
• Strong experience investigating data-quality issues, with practical SQL experience and knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Ability to connect HR transactions, system processes, data models, security, reporting layers, and analytical outputs.
• Experience presenting complex workforce findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
