Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: Field-MA; must be located in or able to relocate to the Eastern United States and work in the EST time zone.

Annual base pay: $152,200–$228,400 USD, plus potential commission, incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers, including scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Own the post-sales technical relationship with customer engineering and security teams.
• Create implementation plans that accelerate reliable first-time-to-value.
• Identify deployment blockers, expectation gaps, and skill gaps, escalating risks when necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, Support, and Development teams.
• Document implementation processes, technical guides, templates, and runbooks while gathering customer feedback for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
• Experience building or deploying AI systems and applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.
• Experience leading on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS deployments.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries, preferably with AI/ML or cybersecurity products.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to set expectations, drive timelines, and maintain alignment.

Nice to have

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration certification.
