Community Management Associate (Pooling)

What you will do

• Manage client community touchpoints, initiate conversations, and support engagement, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze community activity, prepare reports, and present end-of-month insights.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, resources, briefs, stakeholders, deliverables, and launches.
• Support client onboarding, relationship management workflows, pitches, presentations, and ad hoc requests.
• Maintain organized and secure client files, permissions, briefs, assets, contracts, invoices, and administrative documents in Google Drive.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and public relations abilities.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, proactive working style, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools, including Google Drive, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or an equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries.
• Experience with social media management tools such as MyAlice, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Mentionlytics, or Clockify.
• Basic design skills using Canva.
• Experience preparing analytical or performance reports.
