Community Intern

Location: Singapore, Singapore. The role is on-site, with the flexibility to work from home 2–3 days per week. A fully remote arrangement from anywhere in the world is available for one month each year. Candidates must be located in Singapore and commit to a 6-month internship.

What you will do

• Moderate, manage, and grow online entrepreneur communities.
• Develop regional community strategies and launch initiatives that increase engagement.
• Build relationships with community members, respond to queries, and support collaboration.
• Plan and deliver online and offline events, campaigns, sessions, and community content.
• Analyse community growth, engagement, and feedback, producing actionable reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community experiences.

Requirements

• Located in Singapore and available for a 6-month internship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, teamwork, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to create simple visual and video content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Basic social media analytics knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in community management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience using AI tools to create content and videos.

Hiring process

• One-way video interview.
• Approximately 30-minute screening call with Talent Acquisition.
• Approximately 45-minute soft-skills interview with the hiring manager, followed by one professional reference check.
