Principal Customer Education Specialist (Imaging)

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for a designated therapeutic area and imaging product line.
• Recommend customer training strategies, deliver capability presentations, demonstrate solutions, and support new business opportunities.
• Review study contracts and develop training plans from study start-up through the study lifecycle.
• Design and implement global training plans with customers and sponsor study teams.
• Monitor data quality trends, Customer Care tickets, and DCRs to recommend targeted training interventions.
• Lead product and organizational readiness initiatives, coordinate deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in education, business, human resources, or a field relevant to the clinical trial industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate training environment and at least 5 years of experience in the clinical trial industry.
• Subject matter expertise in a therapeutic area or product line.
• Knowledge of customer training methodologies, adult learning principles, and industry trends.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading projects, influencing stakeholders, and driving organizational readiness in a matrix environment, with strong technical aptitude.
