Sr. Digital Customer Education Specialist (AI)

Location: Utah, United States — hybrid with regular in-office days each week

What you will do

• Own the premium and paid HR education portfolio, including certifications, cohorts, workshops, and other market-facing learning programs.
• Define topic roadmaps, certification architecture, SME strategies, learning objectives, and measurement plans across HR practice areas and AI workforce topics.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of flagship education programs from discovery and design through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Design scalable curricula, exercises, assessments, job aids, facilitator guides, digital courses, and video-based learning experiences.
• Facilitate advanced customer sessions, consult with senior HR practitioners, and mentor other specialists in facilitation, instructional design, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Use AI, analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to improve learning effectiveness, adoption, self-service, lead generation, monetization, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, or digital learning, including ownership of revenue-generating education programs.
• Expert facilitation skills, including real-time adaptation and the ability to consult and coach senior HR practitioners.
• Advanced instructional design and adult learning expertise with experience creating behavior-changing, scalable curricula.
• Depth or demonstrated ability to build depth in HR practice areas such as compliance and performance management, plus fluency in AI capability and AI workforce strategy.
• Applied AI fluency, commercial and GTM partnership skills, systems thinking, synthesis, narrative clarity, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required. Employment is contingent on passing a background and credit check.

Nice to have

• Experience with lifecycle-triggered learning, in-product education, learning analytics, experimentation, or adoption metrics.
• Experience creating scalable playbooks and standards or owning certification and credentialing programs.
• Experience in HR, HR technology, people consulting, talent development, workforce transformation, responsible AI, change management, or AI governance.
• Experience in SaaS or another fast-moving, customer-facing technology environment.
