Customer Education Consultant

Location: New York City, New York, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days per week in the assigned office

Salary: $121,500–$130,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Build collaborative relationships with customers across industries.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences through written content, live training, webinars, recorded video, and in-person sessions.
• Enable customers to increase end-user adoption, sustain behavior change, and transition to new ways of working in a cloud environment.
• Partner with implementation, change management, and technology consultants to address complex content use cases and customer challenges.
• Develop messaging, communications, enablement plans, and other adoption activities.
• Measure engagement and results to improve client education programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in education or technology training roles.
• Experience leading engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Experience building education curricula with clients to support adoption, change, and business results.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to distill complex ideas into clear messaging and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Familiarity with learning trends, e-learning development, and change management concepts such as stakeholder engagement, communications, or adoption planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Articulate 360, or video-editing tools.
• Interest in expanding into adjacent consulting skills.
