eDiscovery Internship - Year Round (Legal Technology)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom; hybrid working with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support workflows for data preservation and collection, monitor progress, and document completion.
• Organize collected materials by custodians and matters.
• Review and update Legal Hold Record Inventory databases with the Records and Information Management team.
• Perform preliminary analysis and apply deduplication, near-duplication, and other filtering techniques to large datasets.
• Assist with testing and implementing analytics and filtering methods for eDiscovery tools.
• Maintain internal playbooks covering tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, Business, or a related field, with a year in industry in 2026–27.
• Interest in legal processes, technology, and information governance.
• Willingness to learn eDiscovery principles, including identification, preservation, acquisition, and analysis of electronically stored information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be local to Belfast and able to work in the office three days per week.
