Implementation Consultant (Sportscode) - Italian Speaker

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Regular in-office collaboration is required, with more days in the office than remotely; applicants should be within commuting distance of the Barcelona office.

Base salary: €31,500–€52,500 EUR per year.

What you will do

• Train and onboard professional customers across Italy and the wider Meds, Balkans & Middle East region.
• Educate customers on hirify.global’s analysis products, including Sportscode, and help them optimize their workflows.
• Align Sales teams and customers on short- and long-term goals.
• Gather customer needs and provide product feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Education, and Product teams to improve training and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience using hirify.global Sportscode and a willingness to learn the wider product suite.
• Customer-facing experience that includes training and educating users.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and Italian are required.
• Availability to work regularly from the Barcelona office is required.

Nice to have

• Data or sports science experience, including analytics in a sports context.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, R, Tableau, or GPS analysis.
• Experience influencing or supporting SaaS product development for sports.
• Fluency in additional languages.
