League Operations Lead (Sports Technology)

Location: Atlanta, GA; on-site

Salary: $57,383–$76,509 per year

Hawk-Eye Innovations develops and operates sports technology supporting live baseball league operations, capture systems, hardware deployments, and technical service delivery.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational performance, readiness, staffing, hardware preparation, and service delivery for assigned baseball leagues.
• Review games, analyze incidents, conduct root cause analysis, assign corrective actions, and escalate critical risks.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Technical Operations, Field Service, Operations, and external partners during technology rollouts and seasonal preparation.
• Prepare and present delivery, operational performance, and data quality reports to managers, league representatives, and clients.
• Ensure upcoming games are appropriately resourced and follow up on operational, technical, and hardware-related issues.
• Drive off-season audits, automation, efficiency improvements, system knowledge development, recruiting, and training planning.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex live operations in sports technology, broadcast, large-scale live events, or another mission-critical environment.
• Strong operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of live capture systems, hardware deployments, operational infrastructure, Field Service, and technical support workflows.
• Ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and use operational data for continuous improvement.
• Experience with operational performance reporting, KPI management, incident management, and service quality targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience leading operations for professional sports leagues or large-scale live events.
• Experience with Hawk-Eye, KinaTrax, or comparable sports technology platforms.
• Experience leading initiatives involving Operations, Engineering, Product, Technical Operations, and Field Service teams.
