What you will do

• Identify net-new and organic business development opportunities within and outside the agency network.
• Develop creative programs, concepts, products, and services for individual clients.
• Source innovative ideas and partnerships with studios, networks, production companies, platforms, and other industry partners.
• Provide senior-level problem solving, strategic counsel, and optimization for key clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client contacts, colleagues, and external partners.
• Lead and support staff, ensuring work quality, productivity, accountability, and team success.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a studio, network, broadcast outlet, or agency with directly relevant entertainment experience.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for the entertainment industry, including TV/streaming, film, gaming, and music.
• Experience with promotional and integration models in the entertainment space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, networking, teamwork, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
• Ability to sell, solve strategic business challenges creatively, and work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to travel and work nights or weekends when required.
