HR Learning Coordinator

Location: Hybrid role based at Trade House, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, Somerset, United Kingdom, with up to 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Administer the Learning Management System and support routine Learning and Development activities.
• Coordinate learning events and training delivered through webinars, eLearning, video content, and face-to-face workshops.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, analyse learning data, and share trends and insights with stakeholders.
• Manage LMS queries through service ticketing platforms and shared mailboxes, providing timely solutions to colleagues.
• Maintain accurate learning records, content metadata, standardisation, and version controls.
• Coordinate external vendor setup, contracting, invoicing, and ad hoc training requests.

Requirements

• End-to-end administration experience with a Learning Management System.
• Strong systems experience, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and confidence working with data.
• Expert use of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience analysing complex data, reporting trends, and resolving colleague queries through clear communication.
• Experience across digital and face-to-face learning environments.

Nice to have

• Experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Experience using data within an eLearning authoring tool.
