What you will do

• Operationalize regionally relevant learning and development strategies across leader levels and corporate functions.
• Support digitally led and experiential learning programs, from orientation through manager-level development.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, vendors, participant records, and program communications.
• Maintain learning libraries, presentations, curriculum materials, and digital user experiences.
• Facilitate regional engagement programs and coordinate events, venues, AV support, catering, and gifting.
• Partner with the Global Inclusion & Diversity team on cultural competency and inclusive leadership programming.

Requirements

• Experience in human resources and leadership development is preferred.
• Leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in team-based settings.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with leaders at all levels.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Curiosity about learning trends, digitally led experiences, and evolving development needs.
