Quality Control & Laboratory Specialist

Location: Dalmine, Bergamo, Italy; hybrid work model

Minimum annual salary: €36,000 plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus

hirify.global's Distribution Solutions Division develops products and connected solutions for reliable power distribution, protection, and control, including medium- and low-voltage switchgear and related equipment.

What you will do

• Conduct long-term reliability tests on mass-production products.
• Analyze test results against applicable standards to verify product compliance.
• Perform zero-series validation tests for new products and suppliers, and manage assigned validation projects.
• Carry out failure and root-cause analysis for apparatus and switchgear.
• Prepare and draft DMAIC test reports.
• Optimize test protocols and capabilities while following safety systems and collaborating with local HSE teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or a technical high school diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good manual and hands-on technical skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret test data.
• Teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication in Italian and good command of English.
