Supply Quality Manager

Location: Milano, Italy; hybrid work with home office possible two days a week

Salary: €59,000 gross basic wage component annually

What you will do

• Develop inspection and test plans for new equipment and manage quality control plans.
• Plan and lead quality inspections, resolve issues, and escalate risks when needed.
• Conduct supplier root-cause analysis using A3, 8D, and DMAIC methods, and create quality KPIs.
• Qualify new suppliers, with a focus on BCC, and ensure complete quality documentation.
• Monitor legal regulations, support project teams, and improve supply quality processes.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a similar quality management role.
• Strong project management, quality control, expediting, and logistics knowledge in supply markets.
• Experience with ASME, PED, welding, and non-destructive testing; CSWIP is preferred.
• Knowledge of EN ISO 9712 or ASNT Level 2, technical drawings, and ISO 9001.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and professional English at B2 level.
• Multilingual communication skills.
