Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise the component manufacturing and foundry area team.
• Manage production plans, schedules, activities, and timely delivery.
• Lead, train, motivate, and support production workers.
• Plan and schedule equipment and machine maintenance.
• Ensure production quality, capacity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous production experience in an industrial company.
• Understanding of lean principles and 5S.
• Leadership, planning, decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and good English skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; SAP or other ERP experience is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with hirify.global products, components, and technologies.
• Previous experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
