Chief Technologist - Workspace (Workspace Technology)

Location: Hybrid working in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London, Manchester, Marlow, Newcastle or the South Coast, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Provide workspace technology market insights and guidance to the Workspace Technology Tower Council and hirify.global leadership.
• Own technology decisions for the Workspace proposition and support its long-term development.
• Identify common customer problems and opportunities for mainstream technology and services adoption.
• Select products and services that address customer needs and plan the customer engagement journey.
• Create clear technology stories and guidance for sellers and customers.
• Collaborate with the Product Council, Services Council, colleagues, customers, partners and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and practical experience across workspace technology and service disciplines.
• Experience with end-user computing, communication and collaboration, IT service management and IT asset management.
• Understanding of advisory, architecture, engineering, support and managed services.
• Ability to set a clear vision, build trust and collaborate with colleagues, customers and partners.
• Confidence presenting to business and technical audiences and making decisions through constructive debate.
• A practical, collaborative and quality-focused approach to delivery.
