DEX Operations Architect

What you will do

• Identify customer workflows that drive operational change and redesign them with DEXOps as the foundation.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer processes, pain points, dependencies, and business priorities.
• Drive workflow implementation, change management, adoption, and measurable operational improvements.
• Prepare and facilitate quarterly customer health reviews with IT leadership.
• Build dependency and breakage inventories, assess business impact, and secure named ownership for critical workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales, advise customers on hirify.global solutions, and maintain executive relationships.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, IT strategy, or related enterprise IT leadership roles.
• Expertise in IT operating models, service delivery, process redesign, governance frameworks, and organizational change management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and securing alignment from IT executives and business stakeholders.
• Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical IT concepts into business outcomes and map complex dependencies and workflows.
• Experience operationalizing SaaS solutions or transforming enterprise IT service delivery.

Nice to have

• Professional Services, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Architect background.
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT governance framework knowledge.
• Experience in customer success, implementation, or post-sales engineering at a SaaS company.
• Experience leading IT transformation or organizational change programs.
• MBA, engineering degree, or advanced IT certifications.
