Senior Marketing Director - Colour Cosmetics & Mass Fragrance UKI - 7 Months FTC (Beauty)

Location: Hybrid in Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom, with 2 to 3 days per week in the office; up to 50% remote

What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction, growth agenda, and commercial performance of the Colour Cosmetics and Mass Fragrance portfolio across the UK and Ireland.
• Develop long-term portfolio strategies and transformational growth plans focused on revenue, profitability, market share, and brand equity.
• Drive brand positioning and growth initiatives for Rimmel, Max Factor, and Sally Hansen.
• Lead integrated, insight-driven marketing, media investment, influencer, advocacy, digital, and omni-channel activation strategies.
• Build and develop a future-ready marketing organisation through succession planning, capability development, and organisational design.
• Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Global Marketing.

Requirements

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Goods.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable brand and category growth.
• Extensive experience managing complex portfolios with full P&L accountability.
• Strong strategic planning, commercial, analytical, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational change and transformation and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of UK retail, shopper, and consumer dynamics, ideally across colour cosmetics and fragrance.
