Brand Marketing Executive

hirify.global operates media and entertainment platforms, including major UK radio brands such as Heart, Smooth, LBC, Classic FM, Radio X, and Capital Xtra.

What you will do

• Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in delivering brand and marketing activity across hirify.global’s audio portfolio.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns and projects for Capital Xtra and contribute to wider brand initiatives.
• Support partnerships, branded content, events, and other brand activity.
• Coordinate creative assets, timelines, agencies, internal teams, presenters, artists, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints and ensure activity follows brand guidelines.
• Assist with campaign reporting, audience insight analysis, post-campaign reviews, meetings, and event logistics.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, brand, media, or communications.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Interest in brands, media, entertainment, and audience behaviour.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and accountable approach with a willingness to learn.
