Marketing Manager - Media & Projects

Location: Sleaford, United Kingdom; hybrid with a minimum of one day per week on site at Interflora House.

What you will do

• Lead media strategy and delivery through third-party agency partners.
• Plan, optimise, and evaluate paid social and wider online and offline media activity.
• Manage the effective investment of multi-million-pound media budgets.
• Lead cross-channel marketing projects across the wider marketing mix.
• Balance brand-building activity with performance marketing objectives.
• Drive testing, learning, and continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience, including sustained experience in media and advertising.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound media campaigns and strong knowledge of online and offline channels, especially paid social platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand growth and the balance between brand building and performance advertising.
• Experience working in a testing-focused environment with a drive to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience managing large budgets.
• Experience managing third-party agencies.

Nice to have

• CIM, IDM, or Mini Masters in Marketing qualification.
