Operations Associate (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Process client anti-money-laundering documents accurately.
• Support client onboarding, verification, KYC and CDD procedures.
• Verify individual clients and complex entities using internal systems.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and Financial Crime Compliance.
• Communicate with clients by letter, email and secure message while resolving issues and delivering appropriate outcomes.
• Identify and escalate concerns, support risk and control activities, and collaborate with internal teams and external companies.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, customer service or administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow regulatory requirements, work under pressure and take ownership.
• Computer literacy and competence with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to identify and support vulnerable clients, with a strong willingness to learn.
