What you will do

• Manage the intake, processing, and timely resolution of inbound KYC requests from clients and counterparties.
• Act as the primary contact for KYC inquiries and explain global KYC requirements to clients.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with AML, KYC, and international frameworks.
• Maintain accurate KYC records and documentation to support a complete audit trail.
• Monitor global KYC and AML regulatory changes and apply updated requirements to daily work.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of regulatory experience with practical knowledge of global KYC and AML frameworks.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests accurately under tight deadlines.
• Confident, professional communication with senior stakeholders and counterparties.
• Ability to assess compliance situations, make decisions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Experience with complex legal entities or exposure to corporate banking, legal services, or fund compliance is valuable.

Nice to have

• ICA or ACAMS certification.
• Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions such as Cayman or Luxembourg.
