IT Analyst (.NET / Automation Analyst)

Location: Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil; on-site five days a week

What you will do

• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT applications and technology solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide application support, investigate incidents, identify root causes, and contribute to issue resolution.
• Work with .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Visual Studio, APIs, databases, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Participate in testing, UAT, releases, and implementation of new or enhanced solutions.
• Create technical documentation, business requirements, process flows, and standard operating procedures while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Pre-Advanced English required.
• Experience or knowledge in IT, systems, applications, technology implementation, or technology support.
• Basic understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of IT standards, application delivery, system integration, technology platforms, and interfaces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET development or support, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Visual Studio.
• Experience with application delivery, system implementation, technology integration, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, testing, UAT, or release support.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, or integration tools.
• Experience creating technical or business requirements, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
