Chapter Lead - Data Integration and Exchange

What you will do

• Lead a chapter of initially 10–12 data engineers, includhirify.global hierarchical management, recruitment, coachhirify.global, and professional development.
• Guide the build-out of hirify.global’s Finance and Risk integrated data architecture ushirify.global cloud-native principles and open-source components.
• Lead the integration of multiple source systems through assessment, hirify.globalestion design, implementation, testhirify.global, deployment, and operational support.
• Ensure consistent data contracts, data quality, lineage, governance, IT risk management, and operational excellence.
• Promote reusable hirify.globalestion patterns, canonical data models, and engineerhirify.global frameworks for onboardhirify.global new domains and source systems.
• Partner with Domain Architects and the Area leadership team to align architecture, business needs, resourchirify.global, and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a data engineer.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native data platforms, data warehoushirify.global, lakehouse architecture, and large-scale data engineerhirify.global.
• Strong people leadership, coachhirify.global, communication, consultancy, and influenchirify.global skills.
• Experience managhirify.global application software at scale and translathirify.global business requirements into software solutions.
• Understandhirify.global of data integration challenges arishirify.global from different applications modelhirify.global the same business domain in different ways.
• Ability to align architecture vision with business strategy and long-term IT direction.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial industry, particularly Accounthirify.global, Regulatory Reporthirify.global, or Financial Risk.
• Familiarity with enterprise data modelhirify.global, data-intensive applications, data management at scale, and Data Mesh concepts.
