Sr. Manager, Market Data Operations (Financial Data)

What you will do

• Design the roadmap for Market Data Operations and build a best-in-class centre of excellence.
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing market data operations team.
• Own data access administration, redistribution controls, vendor restrictions, and audit readiness.
• Oversee market data pipelines delivering pricing and reference data feeds.
• Verify data integrity, including FX rates and corporate actions, and resolve processing exceptions.
• Maintain the Rights Management framework and define operational KPIs through automated dashboards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial data operations with a record of leading teams and building processes from the ground up.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial instruments, benchmarks, and market data feeds.
• Expertise in global licensing requirements, redistribution scenarios, vendor restrictions, and client data usage.
• Fluency in SQL and data analysis tools for monitoring feeds and troubleshooting exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing high-stakes audits and data validations.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ICE, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Morningstar, S&P, MSCI, or similar market data vendors.
