Master Data Management Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead master data governance and quality across SAP ERP and PLM environments.
• Support new product introductions by maintaining product, material, BOM, routing, and costing data.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Product Management.
• Investigate and resolve data issues while improving data quality through education and collaboration.
• Support system changes, data migrations, and PLM-to-SAP integration activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve consistency, and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or ERP data management.
• Strong SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA expertise, including Material Master, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing data.
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of PLM processes, product structures, engineering change management, and data governance.
• Experience managing customer data with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.

• SAP, Master Data Management, or Data Governance certifications.
