Application Analyst (ClinDoc Certified)

Location: 541 N. Fairbanks, Chicago, IL; onsite

Salary: USD 38.45–57.68 per hour

What you will do

• Support and maintain assigned clinical application services and systems.
• Monitor production issue queues, resolve incidents, and maintain customer service level agreements.
• Work with the team to monitor systems, analyze needs, and plan upgrades.
• Analyze application build and functionality and recommend improvements for current and future use.
• Execute project tasks, integrate end-user requests with software functionality, and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and assist with diagnosis and resolution across the distributed information systems environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the core discipline
• Experience supporting, analyzing, or maintaining application systems.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills for distributed information systems.
• Ability to follow quality assurance, systems development, delivery, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
